摘要
为提高装载机施工精度和劳动生产率、降低司机劳动强度和减少装载机的振动冲击,开发了装载机铲斗自动复位及动臂限位电控装置,对其进行了严格的环境、电气测试及装机试验。试验证明,该装置可以用于施工条件非常恶劣的装载机等工程车及其他机械的导杆位置控制,其应用可以提高作业精度和劳动生产率,降低司机的劳动强度,减轻机械的振动与冲击。
In this paper, the mechanism of lift kick out and bucket positioner of loader was studied. An automatic control system of loader lift kick out and bucket positioner was made. The system was composed of switch assembly, magnet assembly and electromagnet. It can be used in loaders and other machines to improve precision and productivity and decrease mechanical vibration and bump. A lot of environmental and electric experiments were made for it. This paper introduces the mechanism of this system and the experimental results made to it.
