摘要
学术期刊的编辑失范是学术失范乃至学术腐败现象的助产士。失察、徇私、畏势、缺纠等编辑失范现象的危害是严重的,它使学术创新本质异化,降低了学术期刊的公信力,损害了编辑作为学术把关人的形象,进一步恶化了学术风气。要实现学术期刊的价值回归,必须治理编辑失范。其治理途径是:营造谴责编辑失范现象的舆论氛围,加强编辑自律,实现制度治理,从净化小环境做起,共同建设健康的学术大环境。
The missing standard in editing academic periodicals is the assistant of the missing standard in academy as well as academic corruption. The harm of the phenomenon about missing standard in editing, such as neglecting the supervisory duties, doing wrong in helping friends and relatives, being afraid of authority, being lack of correcting mistakes, etc. , is very serious, which makes the innovation ability dissimilated, reduces the convincing ability of the academic periodicals to the public, damages the images of the editors as the academic guarders and further deteriorates the academic atmosphere. The realization of regaining the values of the academic periodicals must be started in harnessing the missing standard in editing. The methods of the harnessing are ： to create the atmosphere of the public opinions in condemning the phenomenon of the missing standard in editing, to reinforce the self-discipline of editors, to realize the management of the system, and to co-construct a great healthy academic environment from the step of purifying small environment.
