摘要
学术期刊的编辑失范指在编辑出版过程中的编辑主体产生的违反行业规则和出版程序、降低编辑出版标准、违背职业道德的行为,表现为失察、懈怠、势利和徇私等。治理编辑失范,必须加强学术期刊编辑的自律意识教育,完善审稿用稿机制,建立编辑责任制和追究制。
That academic periodicals editors lose standard means that in editing and publishing processes,editing subjects violate industry rules and publishing programs,reduce the editing and publishing standard,violate ethical behavior,in oversight role,slack,a snob and practice,etc.To govern the anomie in edition,we must strengthen the academic journal editors of their autonomy consciousness,improve the upholding mechanism of education manuscripts,and establish an editor responsibility system and accountability system.
