摘要
近年来我国学术论文发表数量突飞猛进,但在质量上却鲜见提高,在学术界造成了虚假的学术繁荣。这与我国的学术评价机制、学术功利化等原因有关,但学术期刊编辑把关不严,使学术垃圾流于世面也难辞其咎。因此,作为学术期刊重要组成部分的高校学报在整顿学术环境,净化学术空气的工作中肩负着重要的责任,学术防伪应从学报编辑做起。
In recent years, the number of paper in publication has grown increasingly in China; neverthe-less, its quality is far from satisfaction, forming a kind of fictitious prosperity in academic circle, which has something to do with academic evaluation mechanism and academic utility in China. Apart from that, editors＇ carelessness is another important factor resulting in many rubbish papers. Therefore, academic security should start from editors.
