摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗激素依赖性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法:将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组观察临床疗效。治疗组以中西医结合(即根据激素应用的不同阶段加用中药)治疗,对照组以单纯西药(激素强的松口服)治疗,观察临床缓解率、复发率和不良反应率。结果:治疗组30例,总有效率为90%,对照组28例,总有效率为67.9%,有显著性差异;治疗组0.5年、1年、2年的复发率分别为0、4.5%、9.1%,对照组为8.3%、25%、41.7%;治疗组不良反应发生率为36.7%,对照组为92.9%。结论:中西医结合治疗激素依赖性肾病综合征相得益彰,疗效明显优于单纯应用西药激素者,且减少复发率和不良反应。
Objective ：To discuss the Effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine on Hormone - dependent Nephrotic Syndrome. Methods ：The patients Were divided randomly into control group and treatment group. In the treatment group , administered with traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine according to their different amounts of hormone at different phases. Only western medicine in control group. Then, their clinical complete remission rates , recurrence rate and adverse drug reactions effectively. Results ：In the treatment group ,30 cases effective rate：90% in treat group and 67.9% in Control group. Tim difference is significant between the two groups, The recurrence rates in 0, 5 ,1 ,and 2 years were 0, 4.5% and 9.1% in treat group, with 8.3%, 25% and 41.7% in control group. The Adverse drug reactions rate was 36.7% in treat group. 92.9% in control group. Conclusion ：The Effective rate is impressively higher than that treated with Hormone only, which reduce its recurrence rate and adverse drug reactions effectively.
