摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征(NS)的临床疗效及副作用。方法:选择难治性肾病综合征患 者32例,随机分为两组,西医治疗组(A组)15例和中西医结合治疗组(B组)17例,B组在A组治疗基础上不同阶段按 辨证加用中药,观察疗效、副作用。结果:B超总缓解率明显高于A组,且不良反应减少。结论:中西医结合治疗难治性 NS,可提高缓解率,减少不良反应,降低复发率。
Objective ：To investigate the effect and side-effect about TCM-Modern medicine treating the difficuldy cured nephrotic syndrome. Methods： the 17 difficultly cured nephrotic syndrome cases are divided into modem medicine group （A group） and TCM-modem group （B group）, and are treated with modem medicine treat, but the B group also are gave TCM-modem treatment, and effect, side-effect are observed. Result： The rate of alleviation in the B group is obvious higher than that in A group, and more less side-effect. Conclusion： TCM-Modem medicine treatment can improve the rate of alleviation, reduce the sideeffect and recurring rate.
