摘要
技术管理人才的培育是国家创新系统建设的一项关键工作,本文介绍了技术管理(management of technology,MOT)教育项目在国外兴起的背景、MOT的内涵、MOT教育项目的性质和特征,以及发展趋势。并结合我国技术管理人才的教育现状和教育体系设置特点,提出在我国发展技术管理教育的设想。
How to educate and foster the technology management talent is a critical issue i n developing the national system of innovation.This paper introduces the backg r ound of the creation of the MOT education program,also describes its meaning,i ts characteristics as well as the developing trend.After analyzing the current te chnology management talent education situation and the blank points in Chinese education system,this paper points out some possible proposals on how to do MOT education in China.
