摘要
本文首先给出了创新、技术创新、国家创新系统等概念的定义,然后利用相关理论,对照分析了计划经济体制下和市场经济体制下国家创新系统的结构,提出了一些我国目前由计划经济向市场经济转轨时期,国家创新系统结构中存在的问题及相关建议。
This article first gives definitions of innovation, technical innovation and the national innovation system (NIS) . The author then analysis the structure of the NIS - characterized by planning economic systems, by comparing it with the market economic system. Finally, he puts forward suggestions and existing problems concerning the NIS during the transformation from a planning economy system to a market economy system in China.
