根据蚕蛹蛋白的营养价值和开发潜力,全面地分析了中国和国际上对蚕蛹蛋白综合利用的研究现状,发现了当前对蚕蛹蛋白深入开发研究的空白点,为其深入开发提供参考信息。
This paper provide a thorough analysis on the study of actuality of silkworm pupae protein integrative utility, and discovered a blacking field on study of the silkworm pupae protein. The paper also provided some reference information for further study on Silkworm pupae.
