Determination of Selenium in Feed Using Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要 采用原子荧光法测定饲料中硒的含量。结果表明该法与国标法测定结果无显著性差异,且采用该法大大缩短了样品的前处理时间。含量测定结果表明,样品浓度在0.01~0.05μg/mL之间与峰高有良好的线性关系,回收率达到97.3%。 The content of selenium in feed was determined using atomic fluorescence spectromety method.The result showed that no significant difference between the constructed method and national standard method.The pertreatment time of the method was shortened greatly.The concentration of sample and peak area were linear correlation between 0.01~0.05 μg/mL,and the reclaim ratio was 97.3%.
