摘要
目的探讨精神分裂症患者的防御机制与父母教养方式的相关性。方法采用防御方式问卷和父母养育方式评价量表,对66例精神分裂症患者进行问卷调查,并与66例正常受试者加以比较。结果父母亲的情感温暖理解与成熟防御方式呈正相关(父:r=0.451,P<0.01,母:r=0.468,P<0.01),与不成熟防御方式呈负相关(父:r=-0.306,P<0.05,母:r=-0.355,P<0.01);而惩罚、过分干涉保护、拒绝否认与成熟防御方式呈负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),与不成熟防御方式呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论精神分裂症患者的防御机制和父母教养方式与正常人有着明显的不同,且防御机制和父母教养方式之间有一定的相关性。
Objective To explore the relativity of mechanisms and rearing pattern in patients with schizophrenias. Methods 66 patients with schizophrenias and 66 normal controls were assessed with the Defense Style Questionnaire （DSQ） and Egna MInnen av Barndoms Uppfostran （EMBU）. Results The warmth and understanding were related positively to mature defense styles and （ father ： r=- 0.451, P 〈 0.01, mother： r = 0. 468, P 〈 0.01 ） were related negatively to immature defense styles; punishment,overinterference,refusal were related negatively to mature defense styles and were related positively to immature defense mechanisms and middle defense styles. Conclusion The defense mechanisms and parental rearing pattern with schizophrenias were different from the normal controls. There are relativity of defense mechanisms and rearing pattern.
