摘要
目的探讨壮、汉族精神分裂症患者心理防御机制的跨文化影响。方法采用防御方式问卷对104名精神分裂症患者测试,并与116名相应民族的正常人对照。结果壮、汉族病例组的不成熟型、中间型防御机制因子分高于相应对照组;成熟型防御机制因子分低于相应对照组,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);壮族病例组的被动攻击、潜意显现、幻想、分裂、退缩、反向形成、解除、理想化、伴无能之全能、交往倾向、消耗倾向、投射、隔离、否认机制分高于壮族对照组,升华、幽默机制分、压抑机制分低于壮族对照组,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。汉族病例组在被动攻击、潜意显现、幻想、分裂、退缩、反向形成、回避、伴无能之全能、隔离、交往倾向、消耗倾向、投射、抱怨、躯体化、否认机制分高于汉族对照组,升华、幽默机制分低于汉族对照组,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。壮族病例组被动攻击机制分低于汉族病例组,消耗倾向、投射、理想化机制分高于汉族病例组,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);壮族对照组在被动攻击、同一化机制分低于汉族对照组,躯体化机制分高于汉族对照组,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论壮族精神分裂症患者在心理防御机制类型运用与汉族者相似,但在部分机制运用存在跨文化差异。
Objective To explore the cross-culture influence in psychological defense mechanism of the Chuang and Han people with schizophrenia.Methods One hundred and four cases with schizophrenia and one hundred and sixteen normal people were tested by defense style questionaire,the result was compared between them.Results The Chuang and Han peoples with schizophrenia had higher score in immature and intermediate factors,and lower score in maturate factor than the normal group（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.The scores of passive attack,illusion,cleavage,retraction,reaction formation,disengage,idealization,omnipotence company with nonability,communication tendency,consumption tendency,projection,isolation,negation in Chuang sick people were higher,and the scores of sublimation,humorous humor,depression were lower than those in Chuang normal people（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.In Han sick people,the scores of passive attack,illusion,cleavage,retraction,reaction formation,avoidance,omnipotence company with nonability,isolation,communication tendency,consumption tendency,projection,somatization,negation were higher,and the scores of sublimation,humorous humor were lower than those in Han normal people（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.Compared with Han sick people,the score of passive attack was lower and the scores of consumption tendency,projection,idealization were higher in Chuang sick people（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.The scores of passive attack,identical in Chuang normal people were lower and the score of somatization was higher than those in Han normal people（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The Chuang people with schizophrenia is similar in applying psychological defense mechanisms to the Han people,but they differ in some mechanisms out of cross-culture difference.
