摘要
罗红霉素为半合成的14元大环内酯类抗生素,对肺炎支原体、肺炎衣原体、溶脲脲原体也有抗菌活性,药典上记录的检测方法为抗生素微生物检定法,比较繁琐,费时较长。目前已报道的分析方法主要有HPLC法、RHPLC法、LC法、SP法、荷移反应等。本文利用TCNQ与罗红霉素在丙酮介质中的电荷转移反应,研究了最佳反应条件,建立了简便的分光光度法,与已报道的方法相比该方法简单,使用的仪器易普及,
A spectrophotometric method for the determination of roxithromycin has been developed based on the charge transfer reaction. The reaction between roxithromycin and 7,7,8,8 -tetracyanoquinodemethane(TCNQ)was completed in acetone medium with- in 30 rain at room temperature. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 20. 93 -418.5mg/L of voxithromycin. The molar absorptivity of the Complex at 848nm was 1. 235 × 10^3 L. The relative standard deviation was 2.4% ( n = 10). The composition of the complex was found to be 1 : 1 by slope ratio and Job's methods. The mechanism of reaction was investigated. The method has been applied to the determination of roxithromycin in capssules with satisfactory results. Recovery has been found to be 96. 72%.
