摘要
根据Genbank中PRRSV ORF7及PPVVP2基因序列设计合成引物,建立了分别用于检测PRRSV、PPV的RT-PCR及PCR方法。应用建立的方法对38个PCV2阳性病料进行了PRRSV及PPV检测,以确定猪群中PCV2与PRRSV和/或PPV混合感染情况,结果表明,15份样品表现为PRRSV与PCV2混合感染,占样品总数的39.4%;2份样品表现为PCV2与PPV混合感染,占5.3%。另外,还有一定比例的三重感染,共3个样品,占7.9%。由此可见,猪群中PCV2与PRRSV及PPV混合感染比较普遍。
To establish a RT-PCR and a PCR diagnosis method for PRRSV and PPV respectively, two pairs of primers were designed according to the published PRRSV ORF7 gene and PPV VP2 gene. Thirty eight PCV2 positive samples were examined by RT-PCR or PCR method to confirm the mixed infection situation of PCV2, PRRSV, and PPV. However, fifteen samples were examined mixed infection with PRRSV and PCV2, accounting for 39.4% for the total volume, while two sampled were with PCV2 and PPV, accounting for 5.3%, accordingly. Moreover, there were three samples of ternary infection by PCV2, PRRSV, and PPV, which accounted for 7.9% for the total volume. The result indicated the prevalent mixed infection situation of PCV2, PRRSV, and PPV in the herd.
