摘要
从辽宁省各地区采集猪血清样本和HEV感染疑似病例脑组织样品,进行HEV抗体和病原学检测,结果910份样品中有451份呈现HEV抗体阳性反应,阳性率为49.6%;23份疑似病料检测HEV阳性率为73.91%,多与PRRSV等病原混和感染。依据临床样本资料和检测结果综合分析表明,辽宁省各地区普遍存在HEV感染,主要为隐性感染,发病猪均为45日龄以下仔猪。通过检测猪血清HEV抗体效价,可以判断HEV感染状态,为养猪场制定相应的防制措施提供依据。
The swine serum samples and brain tissue samples of suspected hemagglutinating encephalomyelitis virus （hemagglutinating encephalomyelitis virus, HEV） were collected from various regions of Liaoning Province, and HEV antibody and etiology detection were tested. The results shows that there were 451 samples with HEV positive antibodies in the total 910 serum samples detected, of which the positive rate reached 49.6%; the positive rate of 73.91% among 23 suspected HEV brain tissue samples, and mixed infection with other diseases such as PRRSV for the most part. Aggregate analysis based on clinic samples and detection results proved that there existed the prevalence of HEV infection at the regions of Liaoning Province, predominant inapparent infection, and the sick swines were under 45 day old. According to antibody titer of swine serum, swine farm can conclude infection conditions of HEV and draw up prevention and cure measures.
