摘要
多糖的生物活性倍受关注,其提取方法及工艺已成为目前研究焦点之一。在植物多糖提取的研究中采用了许多不同的方法,包括溶剂提取法、酸提法、碱提法、酶解法、超滤法、超声波强化法、微波法。本文对这些方法在不同多糖提取上的运用进行综述,以期为该领域的生产和研究工作者提供参考。
The polysaccharide has many kinds of bioactivities which are watched by a lot of researchers, and its extraction metheds and techniques have become one of the focuses of the present researches. In the study of polysaccharides extraction for plants, a large amount of methods have been used, such as solvent extraction, acid extraction, alkali extraction, enzyme extraction, ultrafiltration extraction, ultrasonic extraction, and microwave assisted extraction (MAE). This paper summerizes the extraction methods and techniques of the polysaccharides mentioned above, in the hope of providing the research work in this field with some referrences.
