摘要
通过对现有科研能力与管理能力研究理论和模型的综合分析,挖掘出科研与管理能力结构的综合特点,并提出了新的基于个体、团队和组织的科研与管理能力结构模型。
This paper studies the theories and models of scientific research abilities and managerial abilities, excavates out the comprehensive characteristic of scientific research and managerial abilities structure, and puts forward a new structure model of scientific research and managerial abilities which based on individual, group and organization.
