摘要
学界对人的能力结构有不同的认知;一些专家参照国外先进标准,制定了我国企业管理人才第一个通用管理能力标准,把通用管理能力归纳成四种主要功能模块,即自我发展管理、团队建设管理、资源使用管理和运营绩效管理;企业管理人才的通用管理能力的结构模型有待于进一步拓展和完善。
There are different cognitions for personal abilitie s structures from the academic community. Some experts establish the first general management abilities standard for management persons in enterprises of our coun try according to the foreign advanced standard and conclude the general manageme nt abilities into four main functional modes, namely the self-development manage ment, team constructive management, resources using management and operation eff ect management.The structures modes of the general management abilities for man agement persons in enterprises still shall be developed and improved further.
