摘要
信任是虚拟团队的关键成功因素CSF之一,虚拟团队的成功很大程度上依赖于信任的建立和维系。通过建立博弈模型,对虚拟团队中的信任构建问题进行了系统分析,指出在虚拟团队中建立信任关系的动力机制,并给出了具体的管理策略和建议。
Trust is a critical success factor （CSF） of virtual team,and success in virtual team needs the support of trust construction and maintenance. By using game model, this paper systematically analyses the problem of trust cons＇truction in virtual team,discusses its impetus mechanism,and presents specific management strategies for trust construction in virtual team.
