摘要
文章对农民专业合作社发展中的信任问题进行了研究与探讨,界定了农民专业合作社及信任的概念,归纳出了合作社信任构建的基础以及信任困境的种类,分析总结了信任困境产生的原因及带来的不良影响,并在此基础上提出了破解信任困境,促进农民专业合作社健康稳定发展的相关对策及建议。
Trust-related issues in the development of farmers＇ professional cooperatives were studied and explored in the paper. The concept of farmers＇ professional cooperative and trust was defined, and the basis of cooperative trust building and the types of trust dilemma were summarized. The reasons of trust dilemma and negative effects were analyzed. On this basis, some solutions to the trust dilemma were put forward, which provided the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for promoting hea/thy and stable development of falaners＇ professiona/ cooperatives.
