摘要
高职院校必须满足社会对富有柔性的高级技术型人才的需求,且需要时刻经受学生在心理、知识、能力等方面的诸多变化。为在社会、学校与学生的不断变化中谋求平衡和良性发展,高职院校学生管理实现柔性化势在必行,其实现的现实途径有:管理观念人本化、管理制度规范化、管理过程模糊化、管理评价多样化、管理手段网络化等。
Higher vocational colleges have to satisfy the social need for flexible persons of high technique, but also have to adapt to the changes of the students in their mentality, knowledge, ability, etc. higher vocation colleges＇ student management must pursue flexible control for seeking a balance and positive development in the changes among society, school and student, we put forward several realistic pathways such as establishing the human-centered management idea, consummating the management system, controlling fuzzily the management process, varying the management evaluation, net in the management means, and so on.
