摘要
柴油发动机ECU为发动机电子控制的核心部件,其中,ECU的电源系统在保证其可靠性方面尤为重要。该电源电路可以提供大功率以便驱动较多负载,具有反接保护、静电保护、短路保护等功能。先设计出电路的基本框架,通过仿真验证并调整外围配置参数,最后进行实际试验验证,设计出符合目标要求的电源电路。
Diesel engine ECU is the core component of engine electronic control.The ECU power system is especially important to ensure its reliability.The power supply circuit can provide high power for more loads and have reverse connection protection,electrostatic protection,short circuit protection and other functions.These functions need to be tested experimentally and meet the corresponding automotive standards before they can be considered successful.Firstly,the basic framework of the circuit is designed,Then the peripheral configuration parameters are verified and adjusted by simulation.Finally,the experiment is carried out,and the designed power supply circuit is in accordance with the target requirements.
