摘要
目的探讨加味逍遥散治疗乳腺增生病的疗效和对性激素的调节作用。方法通过动物实验观察加味逍遥散治疗乳腺增生病的疗效和性激素的变化。结果治疗组家兔乳腺高度及乳腺直径均较模型对照组明显缩小;雌二醇和垂体催乳素明显降低(均P<0.05),孕酮和睾酮则有回升(均P<0.05),促卵泡成熟激素和促黄体生成素改变无显著性差异(均P>0.05)。结论加味逍遥散对实验性增生家兔有明显防治作用,能调整家兔体内的性激素分泌。
Objective It is to discuss the curative effect of Jiaweixiaoyaosan on hyperplasia of mammary gland （HMG） and the regulating action of Jiaweixiaoyaosan on sex hormone. Methods The curative effect of Jiawelxiaoyaosan on HMG and the changes of sex hormones were observed via animal experiment. Results The heights and diameters of mammary gland in treatment group were obviously reduced than those in control group. The levels of E2 and PRL were reduced （P 〈 0.05） and the levels of progestogen and testosterone were increased （P 〈 0.05）. There were no significant difference on the levels of folliclestimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Jiaweixiaoyaosan has obvious preventive and therapeutic effect on experimental HMG rabbit and can modulate the secretion of sex hormone in rabbit in vivo.
