摘要
目的:了解目前教师焦虑症状的情况。方法:采用元分析方法,查阅中国期刊数据网,对符合标准的8篇原始文献使用元分析软件进行统计分析。结果:(1)异质性检验表明。所采用的8篇文献的数据均符合随机效应模型(p<0.001);(2)教师的焦虑水平显著高于全国SAS常模;(3)中小学教师的焦虑情况高于高校教师。结论:教师平均焦虑水平较高,特别是中小学教师需要特别关注。
Objective: to understand the current situation of teachers' anxiety symptoms.Methods: using element analysis method,to consult the Chinese periodical data network,eight original research papers to meet the standard are conducted statistical analysis using element analysis software.Results:(1) heterogeneity test shows.The data of eight documents are consistent with random effects model(p<0.001);(2) teachers' anxiety levels are significantly higher than the national norm of SAS;(3) teachers' anxiety is higher than higher college teachers.Conclusion: Teachers' average anxiety level is higher,especially in primary and secondary school teachers need special attention.
