摘要
目的:观察止痛消结丸对乳腺增生大鼠的治疗效果及作用机理。方法:将70只大鼠随机分成7组,以雌激素、孕激素建立大鼠乳腺增生模型(空白组除外),观察止痛消结丸对乳腺增生大鼠超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及黄体生成素(LH)影响。结果:止痛消结丸组模型大鼠随给药剂量的增加,血清中SOD和LH含量明显升高。结论:止痛消结丸可通过调节乳腺增生病大鼠的SOD和LH水平,从而达到治疗和逆转乳腺增生病的作用。
Objectives:Pain relief pill on the consumer end of the treatment of breast hyperplasia in rats and its mechanism.Methods:70 rats were randomly divided into seven groups for estrogen and progesterone in rat mammary hyperplasia model(except the blank group) were observed eliminate pain pill on the breast hyperplasia Results superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the luteal EPO(LH) effects.Results:Results eliminate pain pill group rats increased with dose,serum SOD and LH were significantly elevated.Conclusion:Pain Pills can eliminate node hyperplasia of mammary glands in rats by regulating the SOD and LH levels to achieve the treatment and reversal of the role of mammary glands.
