摘要
本文对生态补偿的定义、理论基础、类型、机制、评价方法进行了阐述,介绍了我国生态补偿的发展状况,并提出了完善生态补偿机制的建议。
As the economy developing, ecological system is destroyed seriously, and the ecological compensation becomes more and more important. In order to prevent the allocation of ecological resource from being twisted, correcting unbalanced development through rules and regulations design for ecological compensation must be enforced. In the paper, the definition, theory foundation, type, mechanism, and evaluation method of ecological compensation are expounded. The developing state of ecological compensation in China is introduced, and some advices to accomplish the mechanism of ecological compensation are suggested.
