摘要
根据中国的研究现状,介绍生态补偿的背景、定义、理论基础,从生态补偿的研究对象、补偿主体、运行机制和实施进程4个角度论述生态补偿机制,概述了生态补偿评价的主要方法和内容,指出中国生态补偿面临着缺乏系统性、一致性、可持续性和跨系统研究以及急需构建一个社会参与和统一操作平台的挑战。
The paper introduces eco-compensation＇s background, meaning and theoretical principle, and discourses eco-compensation＇s mechanism from four aspects： research object, compensatory body, running mechanism and implemental process. In addition, the paper summarizes main methods and contents of eeo-eompensation＇s evaluation and points out the challenges： out of system, consistency, persistence and cross-system research, and urgently need to construct an platform for social participation and unified operation.
