摘要
为适应护理教学改革,培养护生在急诊临床抢救工作中的配合能力,采用情景模拟带教的方式,根据情景分析病情,提出问题,总结抢救过程,提高护生的抢救配合能力,取得了良好的效果。
In order to adapt the reform of nursing education, and train the nurse students' cooperation competence in clinical emergency treatment, the scene simulation teaching method was applied,in which the nurse students were asked to analyze the illness and propose questions according to the real scene,then the teachers summarized the rescue process. This method enhanced nurse students' cooperation competence in emergency treatment and achieved favorable effect.
