摘要
针对市场经济条件下人力资源配置功能增强、人才流动频繁的特点,阐述了人力资本存在属性,分析了企业人力资本投资风险产生的原因及常见类型,提出了加强人力资本投资风险防范的具体措施。
In the light of the features of the enhancement of the function of the human resource distribution and the frequentness of the personnel mobility under the conditions of the market economy, this expounds the attribute of the human capital, analyzes the causes and common types of the risks of enterprise＇s human capital investment, and puts forward some concrete measures for strengthening the prevention of the risk of the human capital investment.
