摘要
本文在高温、超高压条件下,制出了以Ti为中介物的金刚石聚晶与硬质合金衬底的复合片(PolycrystalineDiamondCompact,PDC)用剪切、压溃、淬火急冷等方法测定了PDC的结合性能及抗热冲击性能,用XRD、SEM、EPMA等方法研究了复合界面处的结构,并分析了对PDC复合性能的影响与Ti在界面的作用及存在形式。
Polycrystalline diamond layer and tungsten carbide base layer combined with Ti as bonder is manufactured at high temperature and ultra high pressure.The bond strength and heat shock resistance of the combined interface are measured by compress test and quenching test,interface structure,and properties of the combined interface are investigated by XRD,SME and EPMA.The behavior and distribution of Ti on interface of the compact are analyzed.
