摘要
研究表明,在中碳硅锰钢中加入少量稀土合金后,其铸造性能、力学性能都能得到大大提高,特别是韧性可提高1倍左右,因此,在保证良好韧性的前提下,通过增加钢中的含碳量来提高硬度,从而提高其耐磨性,使中碳稀土钢作为拖拉机履带板、链轮等耐磨零件材料成为可能。
The casting properties and mechatlical properties of medium carbon silicon manganese steel are improved greatly by adding a small amount of rare-earth alloy; especially, the toughness is nearly doubled. Thus it is possible to use medium carbon rareearth steel to made wear resistant parts such as caterpillar treads and chain wheels by increasing the carbon's content in the steel to increase the hardness and improve the wear resistance with the prerequisite of possessing good toughness.
