摘要
                
                    研究了履带板用新型中碳Cr Mn Si Mo RE低合金铸钢的热处理工艺、力学性能和耐磨性。试验结果表明 ,该材料性能稳定在σb=90 0~ 110 0MPa ,δ =10 %~ 15 % ,ak=4 5~ 5 5J cm2 ,HRC 3 5~ 4 5之间 ,综合力学性能好。将该材料用于牙轮钻机履带板 ,使用寿命为原材料ZG3 5Mn钢的 1.7倍。
                
                The heat treatment, mechanical properties and wear resistance of new medium carbon Cr  Mn  Si  Mo  RE low alloy cast steel for caterpillar board have been studied. The experimental results show that the new material has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties    tensile strength 900~1 100 MPa, elongation 10%~15%, impact toughness 45~55 J/cm2, HRC 35~45.The service life of the new low alloy cast steel used for the caterpillar  board of bevel  gear borer was 1.7 time as long as that of original steel ZG35Mn
