摘要
试验研制了一种适用于制造砂轮成形这类模具的新钢种JK3,该钢具有高的强韧性,热处理微变形性和良好的氮化性能,用于制造砂轮成形模具比45#钢提高寿命1倍以上。
This paper has developed a new steel(JK3) that is suited to making such dies as grinding wheel molding.This steel has high strength and toughness,small heat treatment deformation and good nitriding property.The working life of dies that are made from JK3 is at least twice as long as that made from 45# steel.
