摘要
当代知识管理的研究历经了创建时期的大胆摸索、发展时期的逐渐完善、成熟时期的实践成果显著并被大力推广的三个发展阶段。我国的知识管理研究存在研究范围狭窄、应用研究相对较少、理论与实践脱节等问题,同时随着研究的深化,人们对知识和知识管理的认识有了新的理解,知识管理由管理合理性向沟通合理性转变,管理战略成为今后的研究重点。
The research of contemporary information management goes through three developing stages：the trying to find out boldly of period, the practice achievement of gradual perfection, ripe period in developing and remarkable.Information management of our country study have some problems, e.g. research range is narrow, application study is relatively less. At the same time with the promotion studying, people＇ s understanding of knowledge and information management had deepened, manage strategy become the research focal point in the future.
