摘要
对高校科研人员隐性知识管理进行研究,包括高校科研人员隐性知识的识别和管理的评价标准问题.前者是实施隐性知识管理的基础,而后者则是实施隐性知识管理的判断依据.
The research on the university researcher＇s tacit knowledge management is an initiatory topic, and there are many questions to be studied, including how to identify the university researcher＇s tacit knowledge and to evaluate the universit）＂ researcher＇s tacit knowledge management. The former is the foundation for implementing the university tacit knowledge management while the latter is basis for judging whether an university implements the tacit knowledge management or not.
