摘要
本文综合分析了我国当前教育信息化的发展状况及所面临的挑战,提出教育信息化已经步入以应用能力建设为核心的发展阶段。应用能力的提升主要表现为学习方式与教学方式的创新与变革。在过去近20年的信息化建设中,人们的生活方式已经发生了巨大的变化,而学与教的方式改变甚微。本文认为创新和变革应是当前教育信息化发展的焦点:从创新的视角需要考察实践者的创新采纳问题与系统内的创新扩散规律;从变革的视角需要考察机构变革与教育大系统变革的成因及其规律;从系统论的观点来看,创新与变革的前提是建立研究者、决策者与广大实践者的有效沟通机制。
This paper first analyzes comprehensively the development status of current educational informatization. They think that our nation's educational informatization infrastructure has initially been formed and its application scope is increasing gradually. They hold the view that the digital resource construction has initially been in good dimensions and research of kernel technologies and relevant criteria is developing very fast. On the basis of that, the paper makes further analysis of challenges we are facing in the respects of sustainable upgrading for application capability of educational informatization, for narrowing digital gap and constructing life-long learning system. The authors agree that our nation's educational informatization has stepped into a phase where application capability construction is the nucleus. The upgrade of application capability is mainly shown in innovation and transformation of learning style and teaching style. The authors insist on that we should look on educational informatization development from the angle of innovative radiation. They point out that our nation's current educational informatization is at the critical phase of innovative radiation. From the angle of innovative radiation, they make further analysis of the cause for education reluctance for innovation and emphasize that the innovative features of technology will affect the degree of acceptance of innovation, the process of teachers involvement in decision-making is important element to affect acceptance of innovation, the innovation pioneers is the key of radiation of technology application. The authors suggest that we should analyze the development of educational informatization from the angle of research on educational transformation and point out that we need to reconsider assigning the topic of ME. To construct learning organization is the direction of institutional transformation, whereas, knowledge assets is a measure of institutional transformation success.
