摘要
图书馆网络信息服务绩效评价应该包括三个方面:一是网络信息服务系统建设绩效评价,二是网络信息资源建设绩效评价,三是用户感知的服务绩效评价。其评价方法可以按照评价主体分为三类:自我评价;第三方评价;用户评价。这三类方法各有侧重,自我评价主要用于评价网络信息服务系统建设绩效,第三方评价主要用于评价网络信息资源建设绩效,用户评价主要用于评价用户感知服务绩效,但也不是泾渭分明,也可以综合使用。
Library NIS performance evaluation ought to involve three aspects： firstly, is the performance evaluation of NIS system construction; secondly, is the performance evaluation of network information resoturce construction; thirdly, is the performance evaluation of consumer experienced service. Evaluation methods be divided into three classes： self- evaluation; third party evaluation; user evaluation.
