摘要
在分析图书馆信息资源总体服务效益影响因素的基础上,利用模糊数学对不确定性问题的有效处理方法及层次分析法定性与定量相结合的科学决策思想,构建图书馆信息资源服务效益的多层次模糊综合评价体系,探讨通过对服务质量和服务效益的评价来反馈和调节信息资源建设质量的新途径,并通过实例展示该评价体系较强的科学性和实用性。
Based upon the factors influencing general ministrant benefits of information resources in libraries, a multi-level system for the comprehensive evaluation of the benefits is set up with the fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process. The fuzzy mathematics can be effectively used to depose the dubious questions and the analytic hierarchy process embodies the scientific decision-making idea combining the quantitative with qualitative analysis. The new approach for the feedback and modulation of the information resource construction is discussed through the evaluation of ministrant quality and benefits. Through case analyses, it shows that the system is of high scientific and application value.
