本文简述了绩效评估的概念和高校图书馆引入绩效评估体系的重要性,重点阐述了高校图书馆绩效评估体系的构建层次、指标选取原则以及构建过程。最后简述了高校图书馆绩效评估的实施过程及相关要点。
This paper simply presents the concept of performance appraisal,and the necessity and importance of performance appraisal in academic libraries are discussed.Finally,the author focuses on the structing the performance appraisal system of academic libraries.
