摘要
                
                    本文介绍了测量不确定度评定在材料无损检测中的应用及重要性,讨论了无损检测过程不确定度的来源及评定方法。结合材料超声检测的实验结果,计算了不确定度、合成不确定度、扩展不确定度并给出不确定度表示。
                
                The importance and application of evaluation of uncertainty in non- destructive testing were introduced in the paper. The produced sources of uncertainty in non- destructive testing and evaluation method of uncertainty were discussed. Based on the experiment results of ultrasonic testing, uncertainty, combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated, the expression of uncertainty was also presented.
