摘要
再制造是将废旧的汽车零部件、工程机械、机床等进行专业化修复的批量化生产过程,再制造产品应达到与原有新品相同的质量和性能。因此,再制造用毛坯件的性能评价是再制造质量控制过程中的关键环节,毛坯件的质量直接决定了再制造产品的性能。笔者阐述了再制造用毛坯件鉴定检测的内涵,并详细介绍了再制造用毛坯件的典型鉴定检测内容、方法以及相关检测仪器。
Remanufacturing is a professional and mass-produced industry process which uses a lot of advanced rebuilding technologies to rebuild waste and failed parts of automobile,engineering,machinery,machine tool,etc.The quality and performance of remanufactured products should be the same as or better than those of original products.Therefore,the quality evaluation of remanufacturing cores is an important point of the quality control.The definition of the identification and inspection of remanufacturing cores was introduced,and the identification and inspection contents and methods were given in detail combined with interrelated instruments.
