航天绝热泡沫的连续亚毫米波检测 被引量:1

The Research of Nondestructive Inspection of Sprayed on Foam Insulation(SOFI) with Continuous-Wave of Terahertz

摘要 简要介绍了0.2和0.38 THz的连续光波成像系统单元的内部构造及其特点。分别利用该两系统探测了航天绝热泡沫的人造缺陷,并对实验结果进行了处理和分析。结果表明0.38 THz系统所成的像较清晰,分辨率较高,在质量检测和材料无损检测领域的应用前景更广阔。 The inner structures and characters of 0.2 THz imager and 0.38 THz imager is reported in this paper.Nondestructive detection of insulation foam defects utilizing the two systems is reported and discussed respectively.The results show that the image obtained with the 0.38THz system is clearer,and resolution is better with the 0.38 THz system as well.Therefore the 0.38 THz system can be widely used in quality monitoring and materials inspections.
