摘要
激励按其来源分为内在激励和外在激励。外在激励更多的是以“经济人”和“社会人”的人性假设为基础的,而内在激励则以“自我实现人”为基础。在管理中,有效利用内、外激励需做到:一、以能够满足人的需要为基础;二、认识到内在激励和外在激励的正向性、负向性以及强度的高低;三、培养员工成为能够自我激励的“学习人”。
Stimulation is divided into inside and outside stimulation according to their origin. Outside stimulation is more based on the humanness hypothesis of "economic person" and "social person", while inside stimulation takes "realization of oneself' as its base. In management, effective use of inside and outside stimulations needs: First, take the thing that can satisfy people's needs as its base. Second, recognize the positive and negative effects and their magnitudes of the inside and outside stimulations. Third, train staff to become "learners" who can encourage themselves.
