摘要
分析目前辅导员考核与激励机制中存在的问题,从辅导员的实际要求出发,提出建立科学合理的考核与激励机制的设想。
The paper analyzes the existing problems in the current work evaluation ＆ encouraging system for college instructors and puts forward possible solutions to set up a reasonable and scientific evaluation and encouraging system for college instructors.
