摘要
微量元素硒的测定与研究是食品中硒的重要研究方向之一,利用AFS-203 E原子荧光分光光度计,找出测定硒的最佳条件,并测定了甘肃、陕西、烟台等地苹果中硒的含量,得出了烟台地区苹果中含硒量较高的结论。为人们科学补硒提供了依据。
An AFS-203 E Atomic Fluorescence Spectrophotometer was used to determine the content of Se in apple fruit originated from Gansu, Shaanxi and Yantai, and the optimum conditions for determination were identified. Se content in apples from Yantai was found to be much higher than that from Shaanxi and Gansu.
