摘要
目的:建立氢化物原子荧光测定工作场所空气中锡及其化合物的方法。方法:样品经硫酸、硝酸混酸消解,用硫酸溶液作载液,原子荧光分光光度计进行测定。结果:方法的测定范围1.0~200μg/L,相对标准偏差为0.6%~3.2%,加标回收率为90.8%~105.5%,检出限为1.0μg/L。结论:本方法灵敏度高,检出限低,重现性好,干扰少,耗时少,适用于工作场所空气中锡及其化合物的测定。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of tin and its compounds in the air of workplace by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Methods:Using 2% sulfuric acid solution as carrier liquid,the sample was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry after being digested by sulfuric acid and nitric acid.Results:The measurement range of this method was 1.0~200 μg/L,the RSD 0.6%~3.2%,the recovery 90.8%~105.5%,and the detect limitation 1.0 μg/L.Conclusion:This method is sensitive,accurate,rapid and of less interferences and low detect limitation.This method can be used to determine tin and its compounds in the air of workplace with good results.
