摘要
针对纳米粒子易团聚的特点,利用乳液聚合方法制备纳米Al2O3/PS复合粒子。用TEM、FTIR对复合粒子结构进行了表征。结果表明,所制备的复合粒子具备以纳米氧化铝为核、以聚苯乙烯为壳的核一壳式结构,而且包覆层厚度大约为10-20nm。用复合粒子改性选区激光烧结制备聚苯乙烯基纳米复合材料,通过SEM和FE—SEM研究纳米复合材料烧结体的显微结构,发现纳米粒子较好地分散在聚合物基体中,且纳米氧化铝与聚合物基体之间的界面相容性和粘结性较好,烧结体结构较致密。
In order to prevent nano-partiele aggregating, the nano-Al2O3 particle was covered with PS by emulsion polymerization. The structure of the emulsion polymeric Al2O3/PS composite particle was characterized by TEM and FTIR, The results indicate that the Al2O3/PS composite particles take an approximate ball shape and the particle consists of centered core(Al2O3) and outer shell(PS), and the shell thickness is about 10-20nm. The structure of polystyrene modified by Al2O3/PS composite particles after SLS was studied by SEM and FE-SEM, respectively. It is found that the nano-partieles disperse in the matrix well, and the interfaeial eompatibility and adhesion property are improved, and the density of the sintering body is increased.
