摘要
采用分散聚合法制备出羟基化聚苯乙烯微粒,进而以其为模板通过化学组装的方法得到分散性较好的球形ZnS/PSt复合粒子,采用红外光谱,热重分析仪表征其结构,扫描电子显微镜以及透射电子显微镜观察其形貌,紫外可见光谱仪分析复合粒子的性能。结果表明复合粒子粒径约为1微米,可以通过所加硅烷偶联剂KH-570的量来控制聚苯乙烯表面羟基的含量,进而控制ZnS壳层的厚度,并且复合粒子的紫外可见吸光强度随着ZnS壳层厚度的增加而增大。
The modified polystyrene firstly was prepared through dispersion polymerization by apolycondensation reaction between the unsaturated double bonds of styrene and KH-570.Then zinc sulfide/polystrene core-shell composite was successfully prepared using modified polystyrene as template through chemical assembly.The structure of synthesized products were characterized by fourier transform infrared and thermo gravimetric analysis,the micrographs of samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy was used to characterize the properties of composite.The results showed the coating thickness of zinc sulfide shell can be controlled by the amount of 3-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane and the UV-Vis absorption intensity of zinc sulfide/polystyrene composite also were verified with the coating thickness of zinc sulfide.
