摘要
表面带有活性双键的可反应的SiO2 纳米颗粒 (MPNS)、苯乙烯 (St)、马来酸酐 (MA) ,在甲苯溶剂中、在过氧化二苯甲酰 (BPO)引发下 ,以适当比例通过接枝共聚合方法 ,制备了一种新型的有机 /无机纳米复合鞣剂 ;同时用红外光谱 (FT -IR)和透射电镜 (TEM) ,对复合物的结构和特性进行了表征。应用试验结果表明 :成革粒面光滑细致 ,手感丰满厚实 ,机械性能好。
r-Methacryloxy propyltrimethoxysilane(MPTMS) was used as coupling agent to introduce vinyl groups onto surfaces of the nano-sized silica. The methacryloxypropyl nano-sized silica (MPNS) copolymerized with maleic anhydride (MA) and styrene(St) by initiating with BPO in toluene. Meanwhile, the structure and property of MPNS/SMA nanocomposite were confirmed by FT-IR and TEM. The application test shows that the applied leather has good quality characteristics such as a satisfactory softness, fine grain , fullness and excellent mechanical performance.
