摘要
在概率模型的基础上,建立了充气式浮选机的充气速率、紊流强度的浮选动力学模型,完成了KYF浮选机搅拌与充气的浮选试验。通过试验数据,对模型的参数进行求算,并做了模型的误差分析,表明所建立的模型合理可靠。最后分析了充气量和转速对浮选效果的影响。
On the basis of collision probability model, a new dynamic model of flotation is established, it is transformed into a model involving variables of gas flow rate and, rotational speed. By experimental data, model parameters are calculated and error analysis is made, which indicate the model is rational. Then this paper analyses model parameters and their affect to model, particularly gas flow rate and rotational speed.
